Twitch Drops are a popular way to boost fan engagement and the release of Assassin’s Creed Shadows is no different. While you’ll have to wait until March 20 to jump into the game as Naoe and Yasuke, Ubisoft has teamed up with Twitch to give you a sneak peek at some exclusive cosmetic items before the game’s official release. These rewards aren’t just fun to look at – they’re gear that will help during the journey through AC’s Japan. Here’s everything you need to know about earning and claiming your Twitch Drops for Assassin’s Creed Shadows.
How to get Assassin’s Creed Twitch Drops
Starting on Tuesday, March 18, 2025, and ending on Tuesday, March 25, 2025, Assassin’s Creed Shadows fans can earn exclusive in-game items by watching participating Twitch streams. To get started, you’ll need to:
- Link your Ubisoft account to your Twitch account.
- Tune in to Twitch streams that have the Drops Enabled tag (you can easily spot them while browsing the game’s Twitch category).
- Watch for the required hours to unlock the rewards.
Here’s everything you can earn by watching the eligible Assassin’s Creed Shadows streams and how long you have to watch to get each item:

How to claim your Twitch Drops
Claiming your rewards is simple! Just follow these steps:
- Link your Ubisoft account to your Twitch account through your Twitch profile.
- Watch the right amount of time on participating streams with Drops enabled.
- Head to your Twitch Inventory by clicking on your profile in the top-right corner.
- Claim your rewards by selecting Claim Now once the items appear in your Twitch Inventory.
- The rewards will be delivered to your Ubisoft account within 48 hours after the Twitch campaign ends on March 25.
You’ll only have 24 hours after the campaign ends (until Wednesday, March 26) to claim your rewards, so don’t miss out!
With that, you’ll be ready to gear out Naoe with some nifty rewards and dive into the world of Assassin’s Creed Shadows with your new gear. While it’s still early, it’s possible that Ubisoft will add more Twitch Drops in the future, and we will be here to update you when that happens.
