What is this Prime Day event?

Is it Prime Day 2? Is it Prime Day: October edition? With a lot of information floating around the internet, it’s difficult to figure out exactly what this Prime Day event is. We’re here to tell you that it’s called ‘Prime Big Deal Days’, and it is effectively a second Prime Day. Much like the Prime Day event that we saw in July 2023, ‘Prime Big Deal Days’ will be a 48-hour deals event sweeping across Amazon’s impressive catalog. From 00.01 BST on Tuesday 10 October until 23.59 BST on Wednesday 11 October, we are likely to see massive discounts across several Amazon departments, including tech. This Prime Day event is open exclusively to Prime members, so don’t forget to sign up in time if you aren’t already part of the club.

Where to find the best early Prime Day CPU deals?

As this October Prime Day approaches, we will see early deals across Amazon. Since Prime Day is an Amazon-exclusive event, it’s the best place to start your CPU deal search. Remember to check the site regularly, as the deals will only be available for a limited time; it’s unclear exactly how long early Prime Day deals will last or if they will continue on after Prime Day. So, if you see a deal you like, we recommend making the most of it and securing the item. There’s a chance that you might get a better deal during the Prime Big Deal Days, but no one can say for sure. Our thinking is: better safe than sorry.
