Update Feb 26, 2014: Respawn has clarified to IGN that Titanfall will only require a 20GB install.

Original report: Titanfall requires up to 40GB of storage space to install, the packshot for the newly announced Xbox One Titanfall console bundle has revealed.

"Titanfall requires Xbox Live Gold and up to 40GB," reads the box blurb.

The new £399 Xbox One bundle includes:

  • Download code for a digital copy of Titanfall
  • Standard Xbox One console and Kinect sensor
  • Standard Xbox One wireless controller
  • Standard Xbox One Chat Headset
  • One month Xbox Live Gold membership

Titanfall launches for Xbox One and PC on March 14, followed by the Xbox 360 version on March 28.

Now unlike you talking in trollbot just because you don't like xbox anymore - while this may not be my style of shooter, and therefore it doesn't make me jealous, I can appreciate it bringing a welcome refreshment to the FPS genre and I hope to see it do well.

£400? Good to see MS are lowering their ridiculous price...

But then they followed up by a middle finger by giving no Titanfall controller. Don't worry though - Zavvi are selling them for £70.
