New SF4 character to be revealed tomorrow?

Teaser site says news is coming at 9am, September 29.

Capcom is gearing up to make a Street Fighter announcement tomorrow, with a teaser site indicating that the news will be revealed at 5pm, September 29 in Japan. That's 9am BST.

The teaser site includes "newwarrior" in the URL and there's also a very brief video that plays if you head over to the website yourself.

A new playable character, presumably as DLC, is the first thing that comes to mind, but the official Japanese Street Fighter IV blog has been hinting at something a little juicier - perhaps a Championship Edition of SF4.
