An adaptation of the Midway Games action title is currently being penned.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, writers Jeremy Passmore and partner Andre Fabrizio are currently penning an adaptation of Midway Games' Stranglehold for John Woo's Lion Rock Entertainment.
The Stranglehold video game starred Chow Yun-Fat, who reprised his role as 'Hard Boiled' cop Inspector "Tequila" Yuen. Woo's Hard Boiled was released back in 1992.
