Splinter Cell Conviction sales near 2 million
News
Ubisoft says the game was a 'solid' performer.
Splinter Cell: Conviction, the latest stealth outing featuring Sam Fisher, sold 1.9 million units during the Ubisoft's first quarter which ended June 30, 2010.
Conviction hit stores in April 2010 on the back of generally positive reviews.
The publisher doesn't appear all that pleased by the game's performance, though, referring to its sales as "solid".
The game was cited by Ubisoft as a contributor to its first quarter sales of €160 million.

I always thought this series would've made a good movie (or even a TV series) but the shame is with diminishing sales figures that would probably never happen :(

@Indoorheroes, I'm sure what ever MS paid them for exclusivity boosted the profit margins for this.
