    well this dont look that bad, it will be good to have another skateboarding game out instead of only tony hawk, nothing wrong with tony hawk just be good to try others.

    Yeah thats for sure, It may even encourage more and more improvements with tony hawk whether its graphics or just overall gameplay. Competition Brings out the best in companies.

    Whats with people saying there is nothing wrong with Tony Hawk? Yes there is. Tony Hawk games suck. Why would there be a ramp in the middle of a highway? Why can you grind on telephone wires? Tony Hawk games have gone farther and farther off the scale of realism with the release of every continous game. Somebody needs to slap activision for turning skateboarding into the teen comic strip its become and get back to the basics. Back to what made Tony Hawk such a good game in the first place. Its great that EA is stepping up. What I want is a game thats so hard and realistic I have trouble tre flipping off a curb, I want a game that gets your adrenalin rushing because there is a 15 stair set infront of you with a perfect run way but you only have 2 hours before the security guards make their rounds. I want a skateboarding game.

    Chill ya Boots Jay! Their just trying to appeal to as many people as they can and doing shitty stunts don't cut it! Hopefully though this will be more to your taste and i do sympathise with your opinion as Tony Hawk's is way off the mark! But the greatest icon in Skateboarding History approves these games so he must enjoy them!

    yeh this game looks way betta i want games like instead of all these ramps in the streets all that stuff were u just find good skatespots and skate em that would be betta and like u get kicked out of places and stuff but also i hate that stay in school and dont do drugs thing in tony hawks thing it would be better if u could like go anywere

    I was watchin Rob and Big and it showed where he went to EA played the game and then got in the suit cuz hes in it and its just amazing at how realistic it looked when he was playin it.....he loves this game so i cant wait for this and ne way.....EA is making this....you know its gonna be good...

    Looks good...I hope it's better than THP8. Thp8 sux. I hope there are create-a modes in it. Those are the fun parts of tony hawk games. Does anyone know all the pros that are in Skate so far?

    chris haslam, chris cole, pj ladd, jerry hsu, jason dill.
    this games gonna be sick. Ive been waiting for thrasher : skate and destroy 2 because I love the realism and the fact that the tricks are hard to do. Gives you a real sense of achievement when you stick tricks perfectly in that game. hopefully skate will be like that.

    I totally agree with Jay, Filth, Mic and Matty..... Im really tired of this totally unrealistic and frankly boring gameplay that TH series imposes on us. Game after game provides fresh hope that is defecated back. I was appalled by the quality of THAW, it was rushed, buggy and didnt come close to the 'no loading screens' it promised.....EA are making a competent attempt to produce a realistic and enjoyable game, go realism and GO EA!!!!
