Saint's Row due in late August

The GTA alike from THQ should arrive for the Xbox 360 towards the tail end of the summer.

THQ's Saint's Row was originally scheduled to arrive not too far behind the release of the Xbox 360, but numerous delays pushed the urban gang war title well into 2006. The latest release date for the game comes from the official Saint's Row website, which claims that it's due on August 29. This is purely a US release date, but the game shouldn't hit Europe much later.

A demo has been rumoured to appear on Xbox Live Marketplace for months now, and the latest murmurings point towards a demo release at some point over the summer. How vague.
