Ubisoft partners with Gerrard for Pure Football

Proud of his ambassador role for the game.

Ubisoft has announced a partnership with Liverpool FC captain and England vice-captain Steven Gerrard for upcoming sports video game Pure Football.

"I'm proud to be the ambassador of Pure Football," said Steven Gerrard. "Not only does this game reflect the way I like Football, more physical, more technical, but it's also a lot of fun to play with friends."

In Pure Football, players can choose Gerrard among 230 elite footballers, 17 international teams, and 17 legendary players.

Pure Football will be available worldwide in May 2010 for Xbox 360, PS3 and PC.
