PES 2014 has received a new game update which remedies all online issues affecting the Xbox 360 game, and restores full online functionality, Konami has announced.

The update will be automatically installed when you next load the game. You’ll then be able to access online play and the Master League Online service.

Konami has also said it is working on a full 11 vs 11 Online mode, which is currently in beta and will be released in the coming weeks.

A further Data Pack is also promised for November, including over 800 player face updates, updated rosters and general improvements based on user feedback.

Beyond this, additional DLC updates created to bolster the performance of the game will be announced soon.

Whilst it’s good to finally have the game working as intended, many PES players will be frustrated it took Konami so long to fix.
