Xbox 360 gets exclusive ninja title

Ubisoft has announced the autumn 2007 release of Naruto Rise of a Ninja for Xbox 360.

Naruto Rise of Ninja is a new action adventure game in development exclusively for the Xbox 360. Players will re-live the hit anime series on which the game is based, starting from Naruto's humble beginnings and following his transformation into a noisy ninja-academy dropout and finally into a respected ninja.

The world in which the game is set is free roaming and players will have to explore the Konoha village and its surroundings, and interact with Sasuke, Sakura, Kakashi and members from the Naruto cast.

As Naruto develops into a more skilled ninja he will learn new techniques enabling him to master new taijutsus and ninjutus, and command more powerful ninja weapons. The game will also feature a multiplayer mode, offering one-on-one combat against a friend.

Naruto Rise of a Ninja is scheduled for release exclusively for Xbox 360 in the autumn.
