Has 'very high sales expectations for MK vs DC'.
Speaking to MCV, Midway's European marketing director Leonie Manshanden has revealed that the publisher is expecting very big things from upcoming Xbox 360 and PS3 beat 'em up, Mortal Kombat vs DS Universe.
"We have very high sales expectations for MK vs DC. I can't tell you the exact number, but historically if you look at the franchise, every new MK on a new platform has done best. It's always enjoyed that upward trend. With this instalment we really think we're going to set another record."
Mortal Kombat vs DC Universe is scheduled for release this autumn.

I think Midway are trying to kill two birds with one stone, when they should really be more concerned with not keeping all their eggs in one basket. Either way, its a fighting game, and we all know that even though sticks and stones my break your bones, names can't hurt you.
