Minecraft topples Call of Duty, FIFA 12 and Battlefield 3 in Xbox LIVE activity chart
Only Modern Warfare 3 has more active players on Xbox LIVE than the XBLA game.
Minecraft for Xbox 360, a work in progress port of the PC original, is currently riding high on the Xbox LIVE activity chart at No.2.

@Clockpunk: I would be willing to bet that Journey would sell more on 360 than it did on PS3. As to 0x10c, I think consoles won't really be part of the process. It sounds far too ambitious, and since hacking and programming actually plays a part I don't really see this one carrying across. Not to mention the subscription problems.

I don't know why it is so addictive, but I'm currently hunting slimes in anticipation of the piston update!
Wonder if Microsoft will be lining up another exclusive contract to port of Notch's upcoming 0x10 (or whatever it is called)...
