Yeah, it probably doesn;t Renegade,
I'd be interested to know how many it has sold on Steam though.
Still; 2 million, it deserves it :)

Quick note, I take it this does not include the steam sales numbers? because judging by my steams friends (and my games Tab) this has sold a lot of steam.

Awesome. I'm glad this game is selling extremely well as it thoroughly deserves it. It's a shame, though, that so many of those buying it are doing so for "shootin' stuff bro!", but It means a high budget for Mass Effect 3, which will be ridiculously amazing.

Now that I've explored the galactic cultures and lore a bit more, I think I can now say that Mass Effect was my favourite game of 2007.... above Mario Galaxy.

It's a great game, been playing it for 10 hours over two days so far and have only done the prologue and two missions. The new combat system is good, I miss breaking down usless items into gel but that is a small quip.

I'm real glad that this game has achieved this much, seeing as the only other ones that spring to mind that have accomplished are Modern Warfare 2 and Final Fantasy XIII, and they're like HUGE games.

It's an amazing game. Not without its share of faults, but overall Mass Effect 2 is a stunning achievement.

Sounds like it deserves all the sales.

Hopefully get mine next week, but I now want to find a second hand (or cheap) copy of the first game to play through first.

I noticed the budget version has an extra disc. Got £5 on Amazon already so might try and find the rest for it.

This game deserves all the praise it has been give - I hope it encourages Bioware to keep on creating! Heres looking forward to Alpha Protocol already!

I really do prefere the Mass Effect system to Dragon Age - it is the little things such as your character talking after you have chose on the radial menu, and the graphics which seem ... bad... on DA. Here's hoping

Congratulations, Bioware, you've done it again. I'll be picking this up later in the year as I'm on a budget, and by the time I can afford it I'll be starting on Final Fantasy XIII. So there's another sale, albeit a little later on!
