Mass Effect 2 is not coming to PS3

PC and Xbox 360 'only' says BioWare's Jay Watamaniuk.

Following a report that BioWare community manager Jay Watamaniuk let slip at a recent Polish gaming event that Mass Effect 2 would "probably" be coming to PS3, Watamaniuk has moved to clear up any confusion by posting on the BioWare forums.

"There is a report circulating today based on an appearance I made in Poland yesterday. Seems there was a misunderstanding about ME2 coming to PS3," explained Watamaniuk.

Watamaniuk added: "Let me clarify today: ME2 is coming to PC and X360 only. Look for them both on Jan 26 in NA and Jan 29 in Europe."

It doesn't get much clearer than that.

MS don't have the rights to it EA do tho am sure MS have paid for an exclusive release for now ;).

Its still going to ps3 imo just in years time.

Still got my 360 :) Tis a shame that it isn't coming to the PS3 as I will miss out on the future DLC but nevermind. It is great that Microsoft have kept the exclusive rights to this game, as it would be like NaughtyDog being brought out by EA and Uncharted being on the 360.

Still I got Dragon Age to look forward to on the PS3!
