Mind you, I'd need to get a bigger hard drive first so i'd have to wait for Microsoft to lower the prices on those.

Sony are doing this already by making Wipeout a download only for the PS3.
I do want DVD's to stay as I like going into gamestores and picking up pre owned games for next to nothing.
This will cut that element out all together.

Making them available through digital distribution cuts out the retailer, now they just need to make the price comparable to pre-owned versions (IE £15'ish)

However most games on the list can be bought for less then a tenner with some being less then a fiver so if there going to charge similar prices as they do for the xbox originals they wont be worth it.

Well played Microsoft... but we all hate you for it. Even I have a 120Gb elite and have been installing various games on my HDD from the disks but that was optional to delete them and then able to install later with minimum fuss. With these if you delete them (normally 4-6GB) you will have to download again if you want to play it. Not good!

Annoying really, but then this is what you get for being an early adoptor.

Still have them for my 360. I usually play Oblivion the most at the moment for my 360 and some odd moments with Kameo.
