New characters for Marvel Ultimate Alliance

Xbox 360 owners will soon be able to buy new characters for Activision's Marvel Ultimate Alliance.

In April Activision will release a collection of eight new playable characters for Marvel Ultimate Alliance for the Xbox 360. These characters will be available in a Villain and a Hero pack, each setting you back 500 Microsoft Points - or buy both for only 800 Points.

The Hero pack includes Cyclops, Nightcrawler, The Incredible Hulk and Hawkeye while the Villain pack includes Venom, Magneto, Sabretooth and Doctor Doom.

There's no word on whether these new characters will also be released for the PlayStation 3 version.
