Take-Two expects Mafia II to be profitable

Initial launch sales look promising.

Take-Two has shot down reports suggesting recently released narrative-driven action title Mafia II won't turn a profit.

Speaking last night during the publisher's third quarter earnings call, CEO Ben Feder said: "Based upon the initial launch, we expect this to be another profitable title for Take-Two."

Feder didn't offer an indication of specific sales figures for the title.
