XBLA Joy Ride still coming this holiday

Will debut the free-to-play business model on LIVE.

Microsoft has confirmed that Xbox LIVE Arcade racing title Joy Ride is still on track for release this holiday season.

Announced back at E3 in June, Joy Ride puts players' Avatars behind the wheel, offering a wealth of customisation options through micro-transactions that support the game's free-to-play business model.

The game will also continue to expand with downloadable content, including new stunt parks, tracks, cars, car upgrades, avatar clothing, avatar animations, and new events.
