Bungie: We definitely won't make another Halo game

Will support Halo: Reach and its community.
Speaking to VG247 following the news that Bungie has signed a 10-year publishing deal with Activision, Bungie's Brian Jarrard has confirmed that Halo: Reach will be the studio's final Halo game.
"We'll still have an attachment to Halo through Reach, but we definitely won't be producing any new Halo projects beyond Reach," said Jarrard.
Halo: Reach is scheduled for release this atumn only on Xbox 360.

Could halo be good by the hands of diffrent developers? Mabey a Halo game made by Epic the Creators of Gears of War.
I know it was a big decision by Bungie, but I am sure it will be a good one. They have been devoloping Halo for the better part of a decade, so you cant blame them for moving on. I cant wait to see what they have up thier sleeve.
