Any way. It does not matter what Wii do I wont buy one :S So it dosnt matter, I like the Exclusives on the Consoles I play including PC.
Also I agree with bloodstorm on mario kart being a rental title for me it was like playing double dash which isnt a bad thing cause double dash is good but since we are on the next generation of console I had hoped for something better.

You all hate Mario Kart, which is fine. I don't hate it. The problem is that I can't find anything like it on 360 or PS3. And, since it has sold 14 million copies, perhaps I should be able to?

If Mario Galaxy, Zelda Twilight Princess, Wario Ware Smooth Moves, Excitetruck, No More Heroes, Zack & Wiki, Mario Kart Wii, Smash Brothers Brawl, Geometry Wars Galaxies, Boom Blox, de Blob, HotD Overkill, Deadly Creatures, MadWorld, and Little Kings Story ALL bore you, I would suggest that you have the wrong hobby! All exclusive to Wii, all stand out amongst the countless clone games available.

The conduit is basically TimeShift, and timeshift aint that great a game. Most people see the Wii as a novelty system, so developers probably see it as a novelty too hence the extreme lack of DLC and other stuff for Nintendo owners.
BTW this isnt a hobby for me, its a career or will be in the next few years

My list of Wii exclusive games contained a veritable slew of unique experiences. I don't want to have three consoles under my TV, I would much rather have just one. But I currently need at least two, because there is stuff on the Wii that simply doesn't exist on either of the others.

As for the Wii being a novelty console, rubbish. It's got more variety and many top quality games in its line up, just because they're not games that you want to play (all HD FPS games by the sound of it) it doesn't mean millions of other people don't want them.
At the end of the day, gaming is first and foremost about the gameplay and how FUN games are to play. Everything else comes second to this.

no the games i play arent just fps. fallout 3, uncharted, burnout, grid, little big planet, flower, tekken online, Brain challange, wipeout and skate to name a few.
me, i'm into all sorts of games but the limitations of the nintendo wii doesnt do it for me, most people like large environments for their rpgs or destructible environments for their fps/3rd person games and where do you find them? not on the wii but on the hd consoles and the pc. people want more and thats what sony and 360 and pc developers are giving, whereas nintendo are releasing the same and same old shite like mario and sonic with a few new additions like mad world but wont last long enough to be "great" exclusive games because of the limitations. and now with project natal and the sony motion controller nintendo are going to die out because of what the ps3 and 360 can handle, if nintendo think that the little add on will do anything then they can think again, its not about precision with the controller but what you can do with it.
simply put the wii games are becoming generic e.g. the constant pokemon remakes but with stupid names that are exactly the same, and now the ps3 and 360 are going to take over.Last edited on Tue 9 June 2009 by Mr_Ninjutsu

I really don't know what Nintendo did to you to make you feel so bitter about them, I'm sure it wasn't pretty. The rest of us who do enjoy the Wii as much as the other consoles can carry on enjoying it, knowing that there are a vast array of game styles and games which we can choose from which are not on other consoles.
As for the controllers, I agree, the proof is in the retail software that uses them. Nintendo developers have already shown and are about to ship Motion Plus software. I'd be interested to see the software from MS and Sony that you talk about for their respective devices, other than the tech demos on show at E3.

So, motion control is a novelty when Nintendo do it, but a Nintendo killer when Sony and MS do it? Yeah, nice biased thinking there. Incidentally, those exact same developers who are under-utilising the Wiimote will under-utilise Natal and Wagglewand to the same degree. The technology is not to blame, it is developers failing to take advantage of the potential that leads to needless waggle.
3 years ago the internet was full of vocal nerds proclaiming that the Wii is a stupid name for a stupid console with a stupid gimmick that nobody will buy. 2 years ago the cries had changed, and were now proclaiming it a flash in the pan. 1 year ago I was reading that all these casual and minigames were killing the industry. And today I am reading that MS and Sony are going to do it all much better, as if somehow their casual and minigames are more acceptable. Throughout all of this I have had the exact same opinion : I will play whatever the hell I want to play, on whatever system I want to.
Guess which one of us is closer to the majority of views out there in the world? And then realise just WHY the Wii continues to sell so well.
