Game will include a virtual OZZFest stage and a virtual recreation of the iconic artist.
Activision has announced that Ozzy Osbourne is to appear as a playable character in its upcoming video game, Guitar Hero: World Tour.
Osbourne, who has sold over 100 million records worldwide in a four decade career, will be playing to a new audience at a virtual OZZFest stage, where players can perform 'Crazy Train' and 'Mr. Crowley' from his quintuple platinum debut solo album Blizzard of Ozz.
Joining Ozzy in the game will be his lead axe-shredder and founder of Black Label Society, Zakk Wylde, performing their hit track 'Stillborn.'
Metallica has also been confirmed to be encoring its highly anticipated Death Magnetic album with 'Trapped Under Ice' and will be joined by System of a Down with their 2006 GRAMMY winning single, 'B.Y.O.B.'.
Guitar Hero: World Tour is scheduled for release this autumn for Xbox 360, PS3, Wii and PS2.

Trapped under ice? the track from "Ride the Lightning"? Shame, i was wanting some Creeping Death, Harvester of Sorrow or For Whom the bell tolls.
Ahh well, there's always hope for the Metallica edition of Guitar Hero.

Ozzy songs are good, Metallica have a few good ones. Look at the 'Master Of Puppets' album thats the best one they have done, while they should have AC-DC 'Highway to Hell' or 'TnT'
