GTA DLC sets first day revenue record
Has eclipsed 'first-day revenue for all previous downloadable content on Xbox LIVE'.
Microsoft today announced that Grand Theft Auto IV: The Lost and Damned has not only become the highest reviewed downloadable content ever, but has also eclipsed first-day revenue for all previous downloadable content on Xbox LIVE.
The Lost and Damned also energised the game's community, with a greater increase in active users of GTA 4 in the week before launch than seen from any previous DLC.
"The success of 'Grand Theft Auto IV: The Lost and Damned' redefines what consumers expect from Game Add-ons," said Marc Whitten, general manager of Xbox LIVE. "Content like this is extending the lives of our favourite games and fundamentally changing the way we play."
The Lost and Damned is available now exclusively from Xbox LIVE Marketplace priced 1600 MS Points. Find out why you should buy it in the VideoGamer.com review.

What this probably means is:
A lot of people have picked GTA4 up second hand or in the sales or have bought it again just to play the Lost and Damned content.
I kept mine as I could happily wait for the content to arrive (though it's still downloading on my 360 now).
But good news for Microsoft anyway, after spending $50 million they need some return!
