GTA 5 gets two new screens

Rockstar says it will release more information and assets soon.

Rockstar Games has released two new screenshots for Grand Theft Auto 5, the first new assets since the game was revealed with a trailer back in November 2011.

"We are very busy working on the game! Everything is going well, but the game is a huge project. We should have more information and some new assets for you soon," said Rockstar in the latest Asked & Answered.

Rockstar added: "As we have said before, we have often had long gaps between asset releases on previous games and will continue to do so in the future. We are sorry if you find this frustrating, but please understand, we don't do this because we 'don't care about our fans' 'don't respect our fans' 'hate GTA fans etc' – precisely the opposite! We do it because we want to make sure we only release 100% correct information, and because we want to keep plenty back for the actual game release so there are still lots of surprises when you play it.

"The only things we care about are that you enjoy the experience of actually playing the game and that we release accurate information. We just have not been in a position to show more of the game than the trailer and will not be for a while yet."

Rockstar says it will "try and get some more screens for you soon and then another trailer when we are ready."

We don't know when GTA 5 will be released.

A return to vice city would be nice but San Andreas was the best of the original series It had 5 huge districts/cities, Vegas, LA, San Fransisco, Arizona and the hill billy rural areas, vice city was great too loved the Miami based area with the little island areas between the 2 main sides, loved the golf course and the beaches. But we don't know for sure of why they decided to go straight back to San Andreas but maybe for the first time the community was listened to and they went bk there for the fans, since the announcement trailer everyone had been saying they want vice city again so if they are listening to us maybe next time round we can return to 80s Miami. I'm so excited for more on this we never know they could of gone massive with this, in San Andreas there was a few airports and one of the missions seen you going back to Liberty City for a brief time, maybe, just maybe, both Liberty City and Vice City will also be in this game, that would be epic.

The main plot in GTA4 (and the episodes) was remarkably well done (and very Tarantino-esque, I thought). Just started replaying ballad of Gay Tony. Can't say I'm entirely convinced by a return to San Andreas - would have much preferred the repeat of cities to be cyclical, and so Vice City - but so long as the Vegas substitute is a lot more involved, and the world has plenty of interaction, I'll pick up a copy.

I really would like to see a Seattle-like city feature at some point in the series! :D

Your welcome for the tip off on Facebook by the way lol, getting bored of nothing new from GTA V now 2 new screens is ok but we need facts Like what is the game about besides the usual gangster car robbing murdering fun, another video is needed, come on Rockstar
