Ubisoft has announced the release of Chapter 2, the first downloadable content package for the Xbox 360 version of Advanced Warfighter.

The content pack can be bought on Xbox Live Marketplace for 1200 points, and for your money you get the next instalment in the game's co-op campaign, new playable maps, plus new games types and more customisation options.

Chapter Two contents includes:

  • Continuation of the Multiplayer Co-op Campaign with 4 All New Missions in Chapter 2
  • 8 Revisited; Relit Multiplayer Adversarial Maps
  • 2 All New Game Types with 1 New Game Mode - Team Battle
  • 2 New Camouflage Patterns
  • 4 New Character Customization Faces
  • 5 New Weapons

To coincide with the release of Chapter Two, Pro-G and Ubisoft have teamed up to host a Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter Tournament, with a grand prize of £500 - something that's certainly worth checking out.

Look at it this way, there are millions of people out there playing various MMOs where they not only pay the money for the game, but also an extra $10-$15 a month to be able to play. I think it's great Ubi gave us this awesome pack of new maps, revised maps, faces, co-op campaign missions, and weapons. It was a well-spent $15!

Am i the only one who think's this is just slightly cheeky, Fair enough the game is good but how long do you think they will keep trying to charge us for downloads, i mean it's not like we already paid 50 quid for the friggin game!!

the only thing i don't like the new 4 maps don't have Achievements. All my friends taking about it and we don't play mission no more becauce we don't get Achievements. you think graw planding to put Achievements on those new maps
