Early box art confirms gamers will have the choice of two versions.
In addition to announcing Gears of War 2 for release only on Xbox 360 this November, press material for the game has revealed Microsoft is to offer two versions: standard and limited editions.
The standard edition features a red cover, while the current (not final) limited edition box art sports a black cover.
There's absolutely no information on what will be included in the limited edition at this time, but we assume there'll be a host of making of features and artwork. Check out the debut trailer for Gears of War 2 over on the VideoGamer.com video player.

I'm surprised they haven't mentioned a Legendary Edition replete with free chainsaw, a 1:12 scale model of Marcus Fenix, a set of dog tags and a couple of O- blood transfusion packs.

I shall be buying the limited edition as I did for the first GOW. I wonder what extra content it will have, most properly a concept art book like the first limited edition, and properly a DVD showing you how they made the game. And the learning processes of using the "Unreal Engine 3" that would be good to watch.
