An ad in the US Official Xbox Magazine reveals that a playable demo for Forza Motorsport 2 will be released within the next few weeks.
The ad reveals that a Forza 2 playable demo will be released in April on Xbox Live Marketplace for free, around a month before the game is released at retail.
Although the ad makes Microsoft's plans pretty clear, Forza 2 developer Turn 10 doesn't appear to be reading the same book.
"We're sending out a preview version of the game to game sites and magazines in the next couple of weeks. A demo for Xbox Live is also in the works, but won't be out until closer to the game's release (but hopefully before the game's release - no guarantees though)," said Turn 10 community liaison Che Chou.
Forza Motorsport 2 is scheduled for release only on Xbox 360 in May.
