The much anticipated racer from Microsoft Games Studios confirmed for a winter release, but will that be before Christmas?
Forza 2 was one of the most high profile games of E3 in May, but other than a CG trailer it was totally absent from the show. Thankfully, Microsoft's media black out on the game has come to and end - sort of. Rather than a full-blown demo of the game, a short video was shown at Microsoft's conference at the Leipzig Games Convention, which may or may not have contained in-game footage.
What's more interesting is that the game was confirmed as a winter release. With 'winter' not being the most specific date in the world, it doesn't really confirm if we'll see the game this side of Christmas or not. Here's hoping they don't mean an early 2007 release.
