Management sim ready for March 28 Euro release.
SEGA Europe and Sports Interactive have today announced that Football Manager 2008 for Xbox 360 has gone gold and will be available in stores across Europe on March 28.
The game is fully up-to-date will all transfers from the most recent transfer window and maintains the depth and realism of the record-breaking PC version. Xbox 360 players will also be able to take the action online over Xbox LIVE, challenging friends to one-on-one matches or participating in tournaments.
SEGA also notes that the game is confirmed region free, meaning the European release will work on Xbox 360 consoles around the world.
"We're really pleased to be able to offer all Xbox 360 owners the chance to play Football Manager," said Miles Jacobson, Studio Director of Sports Interactive. "This year's game is the first that "core" users will be able to enjoy due to the hard work of the development team, and we look forward to getting a new generation of budding Football Managers across Europe."

I got FM 07 on the 360, and I like the controls on the 360. So that would be why I will buy it on the 360.

Ok but to compare the game to the pc version the 360 is like the poor little sibling. It is rather limited in terms of database size. 360 uses the smallest database option on the game. Also one of my fav areas of FM is customization on pc there is a huge community for it on 360 this cant be done.
