GAME to sell FIFA 12 Ultimate Edition
Retails for £10 less than standard edition.
GAME and gamestation have announced that they will exclusively be selling FIFA 12 Ultimate Edition, which is now available to pre-order. The special edition of the game costs £44.99, some £10 cheaper than the standard edition.

With the Ultimate Edition you get monthly Ultimate Team gold packs, each containing 12 items, including players, contracts, stadiums, managers, staff, fitness, healing, balls, kits and badges. Each pack contains one rare item, such as enhanced player attributes, longer contracts and the most coveted players.
GAME lists FIFA 12 for release on September 30.

1.) Pre-order this one in order to keep up with the hardcore FIFA crowd and lose every game I play online. £45 + A stream of DLC + Sadness
or
2.) Take advantage of one of the launch day bargain prices in the supermarkets, not bother with the "Panini Stickers" monthly add-ons, and play against other likeminded individuals with the potential to actually win once in a while. £25-£30 + Fun

Why do publishers strike these exclusive deals with game retailers and then complain when said retailers push pre-owned sales, btw? Do EA really think that GAME and Gamestation are not going to stock FIFA 12 or give it a prominent position in the shop?
