FIFA 09 confirmed for October 3

Scheduled for release on Xbox 360, PS3, Wii, PS2, PSP, DS and PC.

EA has confirmed to MCV that the next instalment in the FIFA video game series is to be released across the UK on October 3, 2008.

FIFA 09 will look to build on the success of the FIFA 08 which in our opinion rivalled PES 2008, perhaps even offering a better virtual footy experience. The new game is promising over 250 improvements, plus a new 20-player online mode which could end up being the greatest innovation in video game football since 3D.

As ever the game will be arriving on all leading formats - Xbox 360, PS3, Wii, PC, PS2, PSP and DS - with each version said to have been created to take advantage of its platform's strengths.

fifa oh yeah

Well all i can say if this game is gonna be much more improved again over the Euro 2008 game then OH MY GOD a cant wait. PRO EVO lol what you gonna do.
