Molyneux gets into an enormous amount of trouble over these things.
Lionhead boss and Fable II creator Peter Molyneux has refused to confirm whether a PC version of the hotly anticipated Xbox 360 exclusive RPG will be coming out.
In an giant interview with VideoGamer.com, the second part of which is due to be published later this week, Molyneux said there was no announcement "either positive or negative" on a PC version "just yet".
He said: "If you recall we didn't release a PC version of Fable immediately. I don't think we even announced it immediately. There's no announcement either positive or negative on a PC version just yet."
When asked if it might be the case that a PC version will turn up later, Molyneux replied: "You see you said all the maybes and mights there, I'll leave that with you! But these are the sorts of things as you can imagine I get into an enormous amount of trouble for. I have to be very careful!"
Feel free to speculate as to what that means readers! You can check out the first part of our Peter Molyneux interview right here. Fable II is due out exclusively for Xbox 360 on October 24.

Fable TLC on PC was amazing. I still play it. I am hoping with much anticipation for a PC version of Fable 2. If it were out right now I would go and buy it.

I first played fable on 360 then lost chapters on PC which was much better because I have a high end system and the graphics were even better, plus you could cheat easier. :P

I find this intentional delays in releasing games for PC that appear on console frankly insulting. The console business model relies on selling the machine for less than cost price and then recouping on games sales, which is why the console version is always more expensive. As some who has already invested in their entertainment machine (pc) why should I be punished so that Mircosoft and Sony can have an exclusive period. Many PC owners will take this a slight which they should. I will not be buying this game but will consider stealing it. It happens with lots of products e.g. dvds/videos. People think along the lines of: "No worldwide release? Why not in my country, why am i being punished because of where i live? What do they have against me buying their product? Screw that if they won't help me, i'll help myself." Fallout 3 is doing a multi-platfrom release. I'll buy that. P.s not am not a fan boy- have a wii and Xbox 360 too.

I agree with Anon. It only hurts their business, not helps.
