Fable II Episodes debuts today on LIVE

Game split into five consecutive instalments - first offered for free.

Microsoft has announced the launch of Fable II: Game Episodes, available from the Xbox LIVE Games on Demand store.

Fable II: Game Episodes delivers the entire Fable II experience in five consecutive instalments, with all the Achievements, challenges and gameplay of the disc-based game, as well as full compatibility with the previously released Game Add-ons.

For those still unsure about entering the world of Albion, Microsoft is making the first episode free to download. Episode 1 allows players to experience childhood and the trials of being a young adult. Once this episode is over players can then choose to purchase additional episodes from within the game.
