Tom Orry, Editor - Fable 2, Xbox 360
I can't say anything review-like until Monday at 2pm, but something rather strange happened as a result of my time with Lionhead's highly anticipated Xbox 360 RPG sequel. It's no secret that you can start a family in the game, which I've done. I have one child who I left as a baby to continue my adventure. A few nights ago I had a dream about the game (a definite sign that you've been playing games too much) that was really quite disturbing. In my dream I returned to my rather basic home to see my wife stood waiting for me, not looking all that happy. Then from behind her my daughter came running up to me, excited to see her father after such a long time away. A great moment somewhat spoiled by the fact that she was in fact a young-child sized dinosaur.

I'm back in business baby! With a hot new subscription code my Dark Elf Disciple of Khaine is once again slicing and dicing in Mythic's wonderful MMORPG. It's still rocking of course, but rocking even harder, now that Big Dave's got his Sorceress up to scratch. This week we had a mammoth session late into the night (not in a sexual way) that rekindled memories of the good old World of Warcraft days. The only problem I've got with the game is that the Public Quests, which are perhaps the best thing about the game, aren't as populated as we'd like, making it hard to get to the latter stages where a number of players of varied classes are required to complete them for epic loot. I know there's a hell of a lot of Warhammer players out there, but might Mythic consider combining some of the servers just for Public Quest areas? Is that even possible?
Seb Ford, Video Producer - Saints Row 2, Xbox 360 and PS3
I was lucky enough to attend the Saints Row 2 preview event in Prague on my third day with VideoGamer.com - not a bad start you might think, especially when one of the world's most famous porn stars is involved! I only managed to squeeze in about two hours of gameplay in Prague but have since been steadily ploughing through the game back here in the UK and I can honestly say I love it. I bought GTA 4 at 7am on release day and just felt it was missing something but I couldn't for the life of me put my finger on it. Well, Saints Row 2 covers all the bases and more - it's simply an addictive, over the top, exciting piece of gaming with near endless levels of customisation features. It pushes the moral and ethical boundaries so far that I found myself asking: "you can get away with that!?" Needless to say, I will be swiping this game from work as soon as no one is looking.
Neon Kelly, Previews Editor - Hitman: Blood Money, Xbox, 360
Like a 7.62mm Full Metal Jacket round, the Hitman games have always had a place in my heart - so this week I went through our cupboards and dug out a copy of Blood Money. I never got around to playing this at the time of release, but now I wish I had: this game offers hours of violent fun - particularly if you're the kind of person who likes to do everything you shouldn't. After completing the opera house level like a stealthy professional, I decided to repeat the stage using a customised M4 assault rifle. It took a few attempts, but I eventually wiped out the entire building without dying. The game branded me a terrorist, and presented a newspaper report in which the Parisian Chief of Police said that he hoped I would die. Okay, so it was a bit sick - but I found it amusing. My therapist says I'm fine, by the way.

Got my dirty little mits on Fable 2 Limited Edition yesterday - can't say how happy I am to finally have it, so i'm walking around Albion dressed as Master Chief (yes THAT Master Chief) being called by the Hero Name of...yes, you guessed it..Master Chief! and as I'm a Potter Fan, my Dogs name is Sirius.

Other than that, multiplayer FIFA 09 has been a focal point, and a friend from EA brought 'round Dead Space at the weekend. I thrashed through the first hour before putting it down. Not sure I'll return.
'It's BioShock Resi 4, set in Event Horizon', I recall commenting at the time. Now I've not played past the first hour of BioShock yet, and I thought Resi 4 was over-rated. I was never a big fan of Event Horizon, either. So perhaps this isn't one for me. Still, it's as atmospheric as anything I've played, that much is undeniable.

Speaking of WoW - I've been putting some time into the new Echos of Doom patch, and there's much loveliness in it. I'm going to have to give my WoW-dreams a special effects and texture upgrade. Not to mention a new haircut.

I think what slowed me down at first was the fact that I hadn't learned to keep out of trouble and was constantly having to deal with 3 and 4 star police chases, but now that I've learned to keep on the straight and narrow and discovered some neat ways of evading their persistent attentions when I stray to the dark side the game has become a blast. It won't be going back on the shelf for a long time.
