F1 2010 confirmed for September 2010

Codemasters' racing simulation heading to Xbox 360, PS3 and PC.

Codemasters has announced the September 2010 release of F1 2010 on Xbox 360, PS3 and PC.

F1 2010, the official game of the 2010 FIA Formula One World Championship, will include all of the official teams, drivers and circuits from the coming season. The game will also feature the return of seven times Formula 1 Drivers' World Champion Michael Schumacher, the introduction of several new teams, and the brand new Korean International Circuit.

In F1 2010 gamers will take on the full, expanded grid in a variety of game modes including Grand Prix, Championship, Time Trial and what's promised to be an extensive, innovative Career mode.

The game will also sport a "highly advanced damage model", fully dynamic weather and an extensive competitive multiplayer option.

F1 2010 is currently in development at Codemasters Studios Birmingham using the EGO Game Technology Platform - the same tech that powered the critically acclaimed Colin McRae: DiRT 2 and Race Driver: GRID.

I would of liked a sequel to f1 2009 on wii aswell but but I can't complaim really.

Think I might invest in this game then! Only because 'if' the game is powered by the likes of Dirt 2 and GRID. I really hope that Michael Schumacher actually wins the F1 as it will prove a point that you don't have to be a cocky git like Lewis Hamilton.

Yet another pointless release of an F1 game . The season ends 6wks after release & half the game will be outdated . A March or Even June release alongside the British & European Gp's would help shift a few copies but man what are Codies thinking ??? It mite be the best F1 racer ever but it will be bargain bin fodder b4 it even hits November.
