Choose to play as the human Global Defence Force or the invading Strogg.
Activision has released a playable demo of its accessible Xbox 360 team-based shooter, Enemy Territory: Quake Wars, on Xbox LIVE Marketplace.
We haven't downloaded the demo ourselves, but presumably you'll be given the chance to sample the action from either side of the battle - the human Global Defence Force or the invading alien Strogg army.
We're quite fond of the game at VideoGamer.com and it's certainly one of the more accessible games of its type.
For more on the game check out the Quake Wars game page. Alternatively check out the VideoGamer Show where the game is featured in the quick reviews section.

Brillant game, I have it on the PS3. Was going to get it on the 360 but with no XBL it would of been pretty pointless, so my only option was to buy it on the PS3 and I'm enjoying every mintue of it. Even though COD 4 still get some gameplay hours....
