The first screenshots of Dead or Alive 5's swimsuit pre-order bonus have been uncovered, showcasing Dead or Alive ladies Kasumi and Ayane duelling in skimpy swimwear.
The shots' release coincided with the announcement that a third character was due to be added to DOA5's 'sexy costume bonus list'.
To vote on which girl you'd like to see laid bare, head here. As well as mild titillation, you'll also get a wallpaper for your trouble.
Dead or Alive 5's swimsuit pre-order bonus was announced earlier in the week.
The pack includes "two exclusive sets of in-game bunny-style swimsuits" for six of the game's leading ladies.

I don't play these games competitively and I'm not a serious fighting game player I guess so maybe I have no right to comment, but my main complaint was based off my experiences with the franchise, and was aimed mainly at the gameplay.
My beef with the DOA games wasn't the jiggly bits or the lack of clothing, but rather -in my own personal opinion- the lack of interesting unique gameplay. Other fighting games have interesting distinctive elements that I love - stories, characters, weapons, playmodes, characters' move sets, et cetera.
DOA just doesn't offer anything unique for me. From what I've played of the series (1, 2, and 3, and demo of 4, as well as the xbox Extreme game) I have not been impressed with the gameplay mechanics since the original.
Anyways Mrkandiman, I haven't been on the site in a while so perhaps I'm trending on newer members toes, and I'm sorry if I've offended anyone - but hey, relax, we're all friend-ish-peoples here! Goose-fubber! Group hug anyone?

I know Mortal Kombat IX features some fairly revealing garb (but that is the only series in the genre I am a fan of), but having seen samples of Soul Calibre, Rumble Roses, and Skullgirls I know such isn't a feature exclusive to Dead or Alive.

Taking or not taking it serious has nothing to do with the story or the fact that it has robots or bears as characters. I think BC Animus (and I havent talked to him so its just me taking a guess) meant hes not taking it serious due to the fact that out of 4 stories put out by this game 3 are about the girls "sexy" looks. And just to sidebar for a second sexy is in quotes A. because I love quotes and B. I have never looked at a digital or cartoon character and been like yea I would have sex with her. Thats what sexy is to be sexually appealing and they just arent for me.
Last thing is it also has a Photo Shooting mode. Now if you want to talk serious fighters and can justify a photo mode in a game that has all the features we have been talking about go ahead, but its gonna be a hard sell I think.

This game is one of the most serious games ever. But DOA5 is especially serious. People who say dumb stuff & complain about the girls fighting with Bikini's makes me sick. I swear I have yet to see a girl complain about this but yet some 10% of men out of all people who should be happy they are adding swimsuits make me sick!
The gameplay of DOA5 is extremely great & could be fighter of the year. So why can't we see the girls in swimsuits. This game is Serious enough & it is possible to see girls fight in Bikini's. Also the breast have been toned down.
Now Team Ninja said that Boobs & Skimpy Clothes weren't gonna be the main purpose of the game. They never said they would'nt have them. Now with the exeption of Tina, all the girls have had there breast toned down & the costumes have'nt been so revealing.
But having Swimsuits aren't bad. But to some of ya this makes the game unserious? Then you are ignorant.
So this game isn't serious but yet Tekken has animals & robots in them & that makes it serious? Mortal Kombat has a bunch of creatures having heads being ripped off but yet that makes it serious? And You could keep slicing someone with a sword but yet that makes it serious? Then ya'll have some serious problems. Also last i checked, the girls on those games had skimpy clothing to.
Lastly, if you want to talk about young girls with skimpy clothes & crazy big breast with unrealistic breast physics, then take a look at the girls of King Of Fighters! So many people continue to talk about the girls of DOA with there breast physics & skimpy outfits but yet Mai,B.Jenet,Lein & the rest of the girls are extremely young & they have ridiculous breast physics & breast sizes. Also the girl of that game are so young that the oldest girl in the game is Vanessa by 30. When I look at most of the girls I think they are like 25-28 just to find out they are 14-19. So take a look at that why your at it!
Dead or Alive & Virtua Fighter are about the most relealistic games ever. So you haters need to either buy it or not. But don't go complaining & ruining it for the rest of us big DOA fans.
And finally, it's just a video game. GET OVER IT!!!! DOA has had sexy girls since the very beginning but even though most of them had crazy half naked outfits & breast physics (especially in the Dead Or Alive Xtreme Series) that's the old DOA. Team Ninja now moved to a new direction of not paying so much attention to there breast but they are trying to look at the actual beauty of a woman. And again, just because one of the goals of this game is not to pay attention to the breast & skimpy outfits doesn't mean they can't bring it back. Team Ninja didn't make the breast unnaturally move around or be extremely short like they did in the old Dead Or Alive,Dead Or Alive Xtreme, or even Ninja Gaiden series. But what do you guys expect that all of there outfits were gonna be unrevealing & that the breast were going to be small & stiff?
I'm sorry if I came out harsh to some of y'all which I wasn't trying to do. But if I didn't say something, no one would.
The Swimsuits will be in the game no matter how many of you guys complain. So you could with Sit Down,Shut Up,Play The Amazing Game & Have Fun Or Continue Complaining As If It Will Get You Somewhere!

Did not like the 2nd game, and hated the 3rd... I thought the gameplay had become just so generic, with too much of the emphasis on the jiggling...
I don't know, being a guy I SHOULD be cheering for crap like this, but... blah.
