Reports from hardcore DOA internet forums claim that a second update has been released for Tecmo's Dead or Alive 4.
It's hard to say exactly what the second patch changes, as spotting slight changes in the damage certain moves inflict is very tricky indeed - even for the most experienced DOA4 players.
