Darksiders demo out now

Features the entire first dungeon.

THQ has announced that a playable demo of Darksiders is now available to download on PlayStation Store and Xbox LIVE Marketplace.

The demo features the entire first dungeon from the game, the Twilight Cathedral, and should offer around 90 minutes of gameplay.

Travis Plane, Vice President of Global Brand Management commented: "We are delighted with the reception Darksiders has received to date and are pleased to offer gamers the opportunity to experience the title for themselves. We believe this new demo on Xbox 360 and PlayStation3 will help to further increase the success of this game and engage new audiences."

Darksiders has shipped over 1.2 million copies globally.

I downloaded this game,but yet to get time to play it :( will try and get some play tonight.

I'm not 100% sure I will like Darksiders as I don't have a good track record with games like this. It is a 90 minute demo and of course it's free so if I like it then that's great but if I can only extract a mild amount of enjoyment from it then it was 90 minutes well spent. You'll never ever know if you never ever go right?

I urge people to download this. I'm near the end of the game and its nearly coming to March. Obviously I have been leaving the game for a while and returning, but I have spent most of my time exploring for the collectables and etc to really get some good moves up my sleeve.

Awesome game, really is!
