Crysis 2 is EA's biggest launch of the year so far

Sales heavily skewed in favour of Xbox 360.

Crytek's Crysis 2 has become publisher EA's biggest launch of the year so far, entering the All Formats All Prices UK video game chart at No.1.

The sequel to the PC only Crysis was most popular on Xbox 360, accounting for 57 per cent of the week one total. The PS3 edition took a 29 per cent share and retail PC 14 per cent.

VideoGamer.com Analysis

Although we don't have sales figures, we do now know that Crysis 2's week one total bettered that of Dead Space 2 and Dragon Age II.

Xbox users seem to be buying more games this year and i'm not surprised after Ps3 users have had to put up with poor exclusives offering little new like KZ3 ,LBP2 & Heroes shouldn't Move as well as a yr old xbox game which so far would be the pick of the bunch.
