The graphics are cell shaded to make it look more like a comic book such as Jet set Radio or Jet Set Radio Future on Xbox. Another pointer your a Cop not Criminal as in GTA or Saints Row! But in comparrison to Saints Row i place this game way above Saints Row. Plus you get Halo 3 Beta invite! Amazing! Ps. This is the game i chose for winning member of the Month on this Site!
