HELP: How come when i promote reserve team players they have a RES sign next to their name and it wont let me play them !!! HELP PLS!

i really want this game but hvant got the money at the moment. Championship manager was the best manager game ever. last few years its got worse. any got this game for 360 tell me whats it like? btw ive also got football manager 05 and i hate it. thts y i wnated to go bck to champ man.

cm iz well crap im telin u football manager is the best u can manage internatioal teams and it has a much wider database so u can manage teams in the cnfrenca north /south fm9/10 cm 4/10

i hav read lots of reviews on cmo7 and it seems itis exactly the same as 06 so i decided 2 buy fm07 and it is really gd!
