It comes with old age, some call it the voice of wisdom, most of the time it's just senility or a voice crying in the wilderness.

What's the difference between free 'group functionality' and paid for 'fully-fledged clan support'? Doesn't the retail disc include fully-fledged clan support like all good modern day shooters should?

Overall it seems to me that they're trying to monetise a bunch of stats which, if they wanted MW3 to be as good as it can be, they'd have included in the game in the first place.

Call me cynical, but if I really wanted to milk the franchise I'd let everyone play together rather than split them up into those that don't own DLC maps, those that do own DLC maps, those that don't own the DLC maps but have an Elite subscription, those that do have the DLC maps and an Elite subscription, and those that play just the one map over and over for an iPad.

That way I'd probably sell more copies of the game because it would be so popular and feature-filled and not have to worry about monetising other stuff.

Here's an exclusive peek at my day in the office today:

9am: turn up and see the Wall Street Journal has posted all the information. Make a cup of tea.
11am: start working leisurley on the content expecting the embargo to be 4pm.
1pm: spit out tea (not same mug as before) when I see an e-mail telling me the embargo has been moved to 2pm.

Fair enough, I honestly didn't know about the reschedule. What I read there sounds like a pretty good amount of content, let's hope the price is reasonable.

definitely a buy for me if it is £40 and under a year, if its higher then i think its not worth it considering i could just buy another game with the money saved
