XBLA's Braid confirmed at 1200 MS Points

Will be available on August 6.

Microsoft has announced that Braid, the highly anticipated puzzle-platformer for Xbox LIVE Arcade, is to be released on Wednesday, August 9 priced 1200 MS Points.

Described as an artful puzzle-platformer, players will journey through a series of worlds solving puzzles to rescue an abandoned princess. The puzzle elements revolve around time manipulation and with time behaving differently in each world the game promises to remain challenging throughout.

Time manipulation techniques available to players will include rewinding, independent time streams, time that is tied to space, parallel realities, time dilation and more.
