Putting the fun back into the gun, claims Codemasters.
Bodycount, the first-person shooter originally the creation of Black creator Stuart Black, will be released across Europe on September 2, Codemasters has announced.
Bodycount claims to put the fun back into the gun with a focus on delivering "outrageous and stylish gunfights". Gamers must hunt the mysterious 'Target', an evil enemy who manipulate world events.
The game will see players enter a host of environments, from the battlefields of Africa to the dangerous city streets of Asia and Target bases.
Bodycount's campaign is complimented by online co-operative and competitive modes.
Bodycount has suffered a problematic development so we're not expecting much, but it could yet deliver some late summer blockbuster action ahead of what is shaping up to be a great end to the year.
