EA has released further details about the bonus content included in Battlefield 4's Deluxe Edition.

The premium pack, pictured above, includes the previously announced Steelbook and China Rising expansion pack, plus three Gold Battlepacks containing "a combination of new weapon accessories, dog tags, knives, XP boosts and character customisation items."

The Deluxe Edition is only available to purchase at GAME, costing £64.99 on 360 and PS3, and £54.99 on PC.

But is it worth the £20 premium over the standard edition of the game? Possibly not. Though the individual cost of Gold Battlepacks has yet to be revealed, one is being given away with every pre-order of Battlefield 4, suggesting they may not be too costly.

Battlepacks will also be available to purchase individually via the in-game store in Bronze, Silver and Gold variants.

Battlefield 4 launches on Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC on November 1, with Xbox One and PS4 versions following at each console's launch.
