Fighter jet footage to be revealed in Cologne?

In preparation for gamescom next week, EA has brought a MIG jet into the halls in Cologne.

The jet has been perched in front of a rather large Battlefield poster in the Koelnmesse. A video from RTL (embedded below) shows the MIG being pulled into the hall.

The MIG suggests that we might see fighter jet footage for the first time during the show.

gamescom runs from August 17 - August 21, and VideoGamer.com will be there bringing you all the latest previews, news and videos.

Battlefield 3 will be released October 28 for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC.

Well just going to geek out:

It's a Mig 21, Russia doesn't use them any more (let alone in 2014) there are only a handful that use them. Most notably the North Koreans. Perhaps they will do a homefront?
