Ubisoft boss refuses to rule out new Assassin's in 2011
News
Says the decision is not in the hands of Ubisoft Montreal.
Last week Ubisoft Montreal's Jean-Francois Boivin, associate producer on the Assassin's Creed franchise, told Eurogamer that he didn't think there was going to be a new Assassin's Creed game in 2011, noting he felt the franchise needed a "breather".
It turns out that Ubisoft boss Yves Guillemot might not share the same view. Speaking to investors last night, the CEO said: "The decision is not theirs."
He concluded: "It would not be right to comment right now."
That's not confirmation of a new Assassin's Creed in 2011, but it certainly leaves the door wide open.

But then, I really want to play as the Egyptian assassin... ;)

I still think Assassins's Creed has a lot to offer. I'm a big fan of the franchise and I rather have a really polished 3rd game of Assassins and really show some more jaw-dropping moments.
