Atari's next-gen Alone in the Dark title won't be released until after April 2007.

While Alone in the Dark was originally set for release this year, it's now the latest game to receive a disappointing delay. According to Atari CEO Bruno Bonnel, the game won't be out until the company's next financial year, which runs from April 07 to March 2008. At the moment the game has only been announced for Xbox 360, PC and PlayStation 3, but Bonnel has said that the Alone in the Dark series will be making its way to other platforms.

Atari's only next-gen game scheduled to arrive this year is Test Drive Unlimited for the Xbox 360 - a game which will also be released for PC, PS2 and PSP. The Xbox 360 version will be released in September, with the others following later in the year.
