Age of Conan not dead on Xbox 360
Funcom admits it may have missed the boat.
MMO specialist Funcom has revealed it hasn't given up on bringing its Age of Conan MMO to Xbox 360, although admits the ship may have already sailed.
"We obviously had many more challenges than we envisioned getting our technology to adapt to the console platform," Funcom Game Director Craig Morrison told CVG.
"We are still working on it for the future, and we see it as a potentially valuable platform for our games. Whether we have missed a window for Age of Conan itself remains to be seen."
Morrison added that he believes MMOs on consoles are a currently "untapped market" and is confident that continued efforts in the space will see "more cross-platform MMO titles".
Funcom is currently readying its first Age of Conan expansion, Rise of the Godslayer.

I'd love Bioware to do another KOTOR using Mass Efects gameplay style! I can but dream!

I can't see Age of Conan coming to consoles, like most PC+Console MMOs they seem to start out with 'simultaneous launch!' then move to 'console version will come later' then 'what console version?' as developers come to grips with how hard it is to keep an MMO running on one platform let alone several.
Speaking of which, Huxley has gone very quiet.
